Refund Policy

Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of replacement or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item's applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to this returns policy. • Return requests shall be entertained if products were received in damaged condition, have missing parts, have mismatch in quality/size or are different from as shown on Peclick Plus Catalogue. We would require some proof of the same to process return request. • Return requests can be generated within 3 days of delivery of product. • Return will be processed after verification of following: • Product was not damaged while in customer’s possession • Product is the same as was delivered by Peclick Plus delivery partner to the customer • Product is in the same condition as was during delivery i.e unused, with original packing, with MRP sticker etc. • Once a return request has been raised, refund for the same shall be processed within 4-7 working days after the product has been picked up for return by Peclick Plus delivery partner. • Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page shall not be eligible for return requests.
