How much commission does PeClick charge per order?
Zero — 0%. Unlike Zomato or Swiggy, we don't take a cut of your direct orders. You only pay a fixed monthly subscription. On gateway-processed online payments, standard Razorpay fees apply (~2% + GST), which go entirely to Razorpay — not us.
Is there any lock-in period or cancellation fee?
No lock-in. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — your storefront stays live until the end of the current billing cycle, and you keep your customer and order data. Refunds for unused time are issued per our
refund policy.
Who owns my customer data, menu and order history?
You do — 100%. Per the DPDP Act 2023, PeClick is the Data Processor and you are the Data Fiduciary. You can export your full customer list, order history, and menu at any time via the dashboard, in CSV or JSON. We never sell, share or remarket to your customers.
Do I need GST registration or FSSAI to use PeClick?
FSSAI is required by Indian law for any food business — basic registration takes 7 days online. GST is required only if your annual turnover exceeds ₹40 lakh (₹20 lakh in some states). PeClick supports invoicing both with and without GSTIN, and auto-applies GST splits when you add your number.
Can I migrate my existing menu from Swiggy or Zomato?
Yes — we built a one-click Menu Migration Plugin just for this. Paste your Swiggy/Zomato restaurant URL (or use our bookmarklet), and we import every item, category, price, image and veg/non-veg flag into your PeClick storefront in under 60 seconds. Free for all plans.
How are online payments settled to my bank account?
Through Razorpay Route — direct settlement to your own bank account in T+2 business days. You see every transaction, gateway fee, and platform fee transparently in your dashboard. PeClick never touches the funds.
Will my customers see PeClick branding on my storefront?
No. Your storefront uses your brand, your logo, your colors. On paid plans you can also connect your own domain (yourbrand.com) for full white-label. The only PeClick mention is a small "Powered by" footer link, which can be removed on Pro plans.
What support do I get during onboarding and after?
A dedicated WhatsApp onboarding specialist for the first 14 days. After that, 24×7 chat support, live phone support 9 AM–9 PM IST, and a growing knowledge base. Pro plans get a named account manager.
